JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE OF POSITION: SCHEDULING COORDINATOR AND CG FLOAT
TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: FRANCHISE PARTNER
OVERVIEW
The Scheduling Coordinator reports to the Franchise Partner and is responsible for the day to day operations related to scheduling, with an understanding that unfilled shifts will be tended to. As a Scheduling Specialist, you will answer inbound calls and messages, and schedule Client visits by finding the Perfect Match Caregiver using the Alayacare booking system. You will surpass response times, scheduling, and documentation standards to provide the highest level of care and service to our Clients and Caregivers. You will contribute by being operationally excellent through consistent delivery of service level commitments and adherence to One Best Way processes, workflows and systems. She/he ensures compliance with Nurse Next Door’s operating policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Scheduling
- Utilize the Alayacare platform for scheduling, follow workflows, follow one Best Way processes, and establish communication channels to promote efficiency and drive accurate data for business insights.
- Deliver on a Peace of Mind by ensuring that all Caregivers clock in for their visits and escalate no-show situations with a sense of urgency, conducting investigations as required within 15 minutes of the visit start time. This includes follow up with CGs. For repeat offenders, keep track so this can be addressed with management and CG.
- Schedule and book Client visits using the scheduling platform and examining visits in the future, find the Perfect Match Caregiver for each Client and complete documentation as required.
- Respond to Caregiver questions regarding schedules and availability for open visits.
- Update Client and Client Contacts on any changes to service, keeping accurate and detailed documentation in our system.
Operations Management
- Help facilitate communications between Office and CGs. This could be through various avenues such as FB NND closed group, emails, texts.
- Assist with vacation requests and ensuring those visits are filled.
- Become familiar with Care Central and help keep office up to date.
- Attend meetings as designated.
- Help maintain company calendar.
- Miscellaneous duties and projects as needed.
CG Float
· Be willing to apply for an HCA license, get fingerprinted, and take TB test.
· Be available and willing to cover CG shifts as needed.
· Introduce and train new caregivers to clients you have worked with.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in home care preferred
· Car, valid driver’s license and car insurance
· Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, Power-point
· Caregiving experience preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
